The aircraft would be managed by GFS and if both parties agree used for commercial charter whenever it is not required by the owners, thus offsetting the ownership costs.
Alternatively if the aircraft has high utilisation and no charter is required, the cost of ownership will simply be split pro rata against use, by the owners.
